Brain dump look versatile and a quick recapping tool to use to retrieve as much as possible. I would probably use at the end of a topic rather than a weekly tool.
By using examples from the work place learners can apply their knowledge in context. Monthly reviews are more appropriate for apprentices than weekly reviews.
