Kahoots are something super useful that I have used in the past to test student's knowledge. It's clear to see if there are any questions that a big group of students have struggled with, too, so this can be addressed straight away at the end of the question. Using a brain dump is also really helpful that I'd like to use more as it gets the whole class working together and bouncing off each other.
